We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Service Fulfillment & Support Engineer

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Division: Business
Job Grade: Permanent
Travel Frequency: Occasional
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Purpose of the Job (Brief)

To improve SLAs with customers by reducing MTTR, ensuring enhanced service delivery.

Expected Key Results (Detailed KPIs)

Restore service failures within stipulated MTTR
Implement and integrate new projects
Provide prompt communication and feedback via OTRS Application
Identify, plan, and execute preventive maintenance on the network
Support sales department in preparing bid documents and technical documentation for presentations
Ensure timely completion of assigned projects with adherence to implementation plans
Manage pre-installation procedures, installation, integration, and maintenance of microwave radio links
Ensure official acceptance of completed jobs by customers, closure of tickets, and proper inventory management

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

Academic: Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree
Professional: CCNA, CCNP
Customer-centric and stakeholder management
LAN/WAN network design and implementation
Analytical problem-solving skills
International collaboration skills
In-depth knowledge of network devices, installation, and configuration
Hands-on experience with protocols, routing, and network security
Familiarity with wireless point-to-point and point-to-multipoint technologies
Strong organizational and communication skills

Other Requirements:

Minimum 3 years in the telecommunications industry
Technical savvy, adaptability, innovation, and result orientation
Ability to operate with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Network automation awarenes
