We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Service Fulfillment & Support Engineer

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Division: Business
Job Grade: Permanent
Travel Frequency: Occasional
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Purpose of the Job (Brief)

• To improve SLAs with customers by reducing MTTR, ensuring enhanced service delivery.

Expected Key Results (Detailed KPIs)

• Restore service failures within stipulated MTTR
• Implement and integrate new projects
• Provide prompt communication and feedback via OTRS Application
• Identify, plan, and execute preventive maintenance on the network
• Support sales department in preparing bid documents and technical documentation for presentations
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects with adherence to implementation plans
• Manage pre-installation procedures, installation, integration, and maintenance of microwave radio links
• Ensure official acceptance of completed jobs by customers, closure of tickets, and proper inventory management

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

• Academic: Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree
• Professional: CCNA, CCNP
• Customer-centric and stakeholder management
• LAN/WAN network design and implementation
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• International collaboration skills
• In-depth knowledge of network devices, installation, and configuration
• Hands-on experience with protocols, routing, and network security
• Familiarity with wireless point-to-point and point-to-multipoint technologies
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Other Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in the telecommunications industry
• Technical savvy, adaptability, innovation, and result orientation
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Network automation awarenes
