Job Title: Senior Manager, Marketing Research Specialist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• Lead products innovation within the Company’s Common Innovation Framework assuring multi-functional team alignment and collaboration.
• Build and articulate brand positioning and platforms.
• Consult with client team to understand objectives, products to include, respondent screening criteria, key measures and success hurdles, desired timing.
• Develop research design recommendation.
• Deliver in depth primary market research, analysis, and insights across multiple.
• Project Execution - Coordinate with various team members within Client Solutions, Operations and Tech Solutions, external vendors to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
• Lead the development and implementation of primary research plans for professionals, patients and payers including developmental research.
• Inform the brand planning process based on a deep understanding of all stages of the patient journey, stakeholder influences throughout the journey.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans including strategic initiatives, demand forecasting, distribution plans, research initiatives, display plans and in-store activation and promotional activity.
• Perform profitability analyses as needed.
