Position Overview
- As a Marketer, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and enhancing our market presence within the construction industry.

- With a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach, you will leverage your expertise to attract contractors, construction companies, and other key stakeholders to our quarry operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract contractors, construction companies, and other target customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with contractors, construction companies, and industry influencers to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, trade shows, and industry events.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; relevant marketing certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on the construction industry and business-to-business (B2B) marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully attracting contractors, construction companies, and other industry stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, including knowledge of materials, processes, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
