• We are seeking a dynamic Marketer to join our team and drive business growth by attracting contractors and construction companies.

Position Overview

• As a Marketer, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and enhancing our market presence within the construction industry.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction sector, along with proven experience in marketing and business development.
• With a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach, you will leverage your expertise to attract contractors, construction companies, and other key stakeholders to our quarry operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract contractors, construction companies, and other target customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with contractors, construction companies, and industry influencers to promote our products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, trade shows, and industry events.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; relevant marketing certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on the construction industry and business-to-business (B2B) marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully attracting contractors, construction companies, and other industry stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry, including knowledge of materials, processes, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
