Job Title: Business Developer

Overall Objective
- Drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and strategic partnerships for four diverse entities: a school, an NGO, a solar company, and a construction/development company.
- This dynamic role requires a resourceful and adaptable individual to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining an understanding of each organization's unique goals and target audiences.
Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify and assess new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor landscapes for each respective entity.
- Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and build long-term relationships with potential clients, donors, partners, and investors across all four organizations.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate mutually beneficial contracts that align with the strategic objectives and financial goals of each entity.
- Business Development & Partnership Creation: Explore and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, organizations, or institutions to expand reach, resources, and expertise for all entities.
- Event Planning & Participation: Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the services, products, or missions of each entity.
- Marketing & Communication Support: Assist with developing marketing materials and communication strategies that effectively target specific audiences and convey the unique value propositions of each organization.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and report progress to stakeholders across all entities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, or Masters with 4- 8years of experience.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work within diverse organizational cultures and sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Additional Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of the educational, NGO, solar energy, and construction/development industries.
- Experience in grant writing and fundraising (for NGO role).
- Knowledge of sustainability practices (for solar company role).
- Familiarity with construction regulations and project management (for construction/development company role).
