Job Title: Sales Training Manager - South South

The Role

  • An individual creation of sales content to support sales colleagues in their meetings and proposals so we would need someone with a creative mind and an eye and flair for creating engaging material

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy with global leadership
  • Collaborate closely with local sales leadership to identify key performance gaps and areas for improvement
  • Support the local sales team in improving their sales processes, methodologies, and tools, providing guidance and coaching to enhance their effectiveness in engaging prospects, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and data to identify trends and insights.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication between cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align sales enablement efforts with broader business objectives.

Requirements
What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • A good background in sales enablement or a related role.
  • Good understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools, with the ability to translate them into practical enablement initiatives for local teams
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and solutions is highly desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.
