We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager of Sales - Government / Institutional

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Business Head
Hours: 40 hours weekly
Gender: Female

Job Summary

  • The Manager of Sales plays a pivotal role in identifying opportunities and cultivating relationships with Government Officials, Institutional Investors, and Investment Consultants within the assigned institutional portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish strong relationships with key Government Officials, Institutional Investors, and Investment Consultants.
  • Cultivate and maintain a network of contacts within the governmental and institutional sectors.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities within the assigned institutional portfolio.
  • Stay informed about government policies, initiatives, and investment trends to align offerings with client needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Navigate governmental and institutional environments effectively to build and leverage relationships.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in dealing with governmental and institutional clients is a plus.

Skills Requirement:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian political structure.
  • Understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly self-motivated.
