Job Description

  • We are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified HR/Admin Manager to join our esteemed real estate and construction company.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and a strong educational background in HR/Administration to make a significant impact in our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Assist in strategic workforce planning and talent retention initiatives
  • Oversee administrative functions, including office management and facilities maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Stay updated on HR trends and developments to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR/Administration, preferably in the real estate and construction industry
  • Strong educational background in HR, Administration or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead and manage HR functions effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and handle employee relations matters
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and other relevant tools
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving organizational goals
