Job Description
- We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Oke-Bola branch in Ibadan.
- You'll be responsible for all aspects of branch operations, from setting sales targets and managing staff to ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Recruit, train, and develop branch staff
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure adherence to company policies
- Manage branch budget and resources
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a financial institution
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Preferred Gender: Female.
