Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Oke-bola - Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

• We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Oke-Bola branch in Ibadan.
• You'll be responsible for all aspects of branch operations, from setting sales targets and managing staff to ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure adherence to company policies
• Manage branch budget and resources

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a financial institution
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Preferred Gender: Female.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
