We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Head of Sales

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's client base.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to sales representatives to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Assist in organizing and attending client meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Help maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8 years relevantexperience in sales or real estate industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
