Job Title: Assistant Head of Sales
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's client base.
- Provide guidance and coaching to sales representatives to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Assist in organizing and attending client meetings, presentations, and events.
- Help maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8 years relevantexperience in sales or real estate industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
