Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team, an AI educational coding program for kids.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically in the education sector, with a proven track record of building partnerships with schools, governments, and NGOs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the business's target markets.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, including schools, government bodies, and NGOs.
- Prepare and submit bids for large-scale projects and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Requirements
- 7 - 8 years of proven sales experience in the education sector, with a focus on selling to schools.
- Experience in partnership building with governments and NGOs.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare bids for large-scale projects and contracts.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team.
