Job Title: Technical Assistant to the CTO

Description
As the Technical Assistant to the CTO, your job responsibilities include the following:
- Administrative Support: The EA coordinates and provides high-quality administrative support to the CTO. This includes managing schedules, prioritizing emails, and handling phone calls.
- Document Analysis: The EA may analyze documents related to technical projects, reports, or proposals. They ensure accuracy and clarity before presenting them to the CTO.
- Research Reports: Preparing research reports is another aspect of their role. They gather relevant information, analyze data, and create concise reports for the CTO’s review.
- Supervision: Occasionally, the EA may supervise staff members, especially when it comes to administrative tasks related to technical projects.
- Technical Familiarity: While not necessarily experts in technology, EAs to the CTO should have a basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
- Project Coordination: They assist in coordinating technical projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and facilitating communication among team members.
- Vendor Selection and Implementation: The EA actively participates in selecting vendors, evaluating products, and implementing technical systems and infrastructure.
- Leadership Skills: Strong project management capabilities and excellent leadership skills are essential for this role.
Requirements

- Working knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps).

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for blockchain and digital assets.
- Experience with coding languages commonly used in blockchain development (e.g., Solidity, Hyperledger Fabric).
