Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Representative based in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, creating and managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- The Territory Sales Representative will also conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide input on product development and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Generating leads
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Giving sales presentations to prospective clients
- Coordinating marketing activities to achieve sales target.
- Understanding and promoting company programs, brand, products and services.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Maintaining client records
- Answering client questions about product, prices, and availability.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience sales
- Demonstrated experience in Marketing, business development and sales
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Preferably females (must have good Knowledge and understanding of the hair industry and hair products)
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Computer literate
- Competency in Microsoft applications
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
