Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our power generation products and services within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a strong technical understanding of power generation equipment, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our power generation equipment.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the power generation or industrial equipment industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of power generation equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
