Job Title: Technical Assistant to the Managing Director (MD)

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Technical Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director (MD).
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle a wide range of Executive, Technical and operational support tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and compile data as required by the MD.
  • Manage and maintain the MD's office, including organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings attended by the MD.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the MD
  • Assist in preparing for board meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director (MD), managing their calendar, emails, and phone calls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive/ Technical Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives in an HR field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary

  • N200,000 - N250,000 monthly  plus incentives, Bonuses and allowances.
