Job Description
- Ensure the highest quality of customer service standards are adhered to by team members
- Ensure all tickets are issued/re-issued to time and according to airline/ clients' rules and policies
- Supervise and enforce policies and process workflows
- Oversee training and work rota
- Ensure compliance to safety and administrative standards
- Liaise with airlines, partners and suppliers on deal codes, targets, etc.
- Monitor infrastructure for Operations (GDS, and work platforms).
