Job Description

• Ensure the highest quality of customer service standards are adhered to by team members
• Ensure all tickets are issued/re-issued to time and according to airline/ clients' rules and policies
• Supervise and enforce policies and process workflows
• Oversee training and work rota
• Ensure compliance to safety and administrative standards
• Liaise with airlines, partners and suppliers on deal codes, targets, etc.
• Monitor infrastructure for Operations (GDS, and work platforms).
