Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Forex Remittance to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in forex remittance services. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our forex remittance business, expanding our client base, and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth of the forex remittance business in Lagos.
- Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and financial institutions, to expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in the forex remittance industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop effective strategies for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business expansion and growth.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals and contracts.
- Monitor and track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to management.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the forex remittance process.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to forex remittance operations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our forex remittance services and build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on forex remittance services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the forex remittance industry.
- Strong understanding of forex regulations, compliance requirements, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
