Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
This role will be involved in active selling with monthly sales target hence job description to include:
- Increase revenue by aggressively selling the company services and drive growth
- Achieve set targets
- Retain and increase client database
- Maintain customer SLA and ensure client satisfaction
- Assist the Business Development Manager in implementing strategic business development plans.
- Identify and contact potential clients to introduce laboratory services and establish relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain a database of client information and sales activity.
- Understand clients' needs and work closely with the Management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; conduct customer surveys.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Skill Set:
- In Depth knowledge of Medical laboratory products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
