Job Title: Cost Management Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Sharing Finance values and principles
- Maniac in getting things done, meeting deadlines, able to deliver
- Can support deep cooperation within Finance, especially with budgeting and reporting teams
- Good at mentoring of subordinates
- Can predict bottlenecks, proactively solving issues
- Clearly demonstrates and possesses ownership of cost management
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience:
- Well-experienced in financial analysis, product pricing
- Well-experienced in product profitability analysis
- Excellent modelling skills, demonstrating best practices
- Good knowledge of Cost and Profit centers
- Excellent understanding of unit economy
- Excellent knowledge of financial analysis, financial ratios
- Good knowledge of IFRS is welcome
- Good knowledge of consumer finance and retail lending and associated revenues and costs
- Experienced with foreign companies in Nigeria or abroad
Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Deep cooperation with stakeholders, good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Good knowledge of Mambu is an advantage
- Good level of SQL and/or Redshift
- Variance analysis.
