Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Responsible for developing Brand and Product promotion strategy in line with organizaional Vision , Mission & Goals
- Coordinating with local ad agencies for the execution of the Promotional plan.
- Monitoring execution of marketing activities on weekly / fortnightly basis.
- Develop effective and necessary product support information like Brochures etc for product line.
- Develop, coordinate & execute Promotional Activities outlined in Annual Marketing Budget.
- Measure effectiveness of promotional activities and effect a correction if any, in executing them.
- ATL: Develop, plan and budget marketing activities related to advertising through Media like TV, Print and Radio jingles.
- BTL: Develop and plan marketing mix of the products using Telemarketing, email, Point of sales sampling, Road shows, showcase products at conference etc.
Business Development/Marketing:
- Responsible for Top-line & Bottom-line growth of the products/ areas assigned.
- To identify and develop areas of strategic sales growth.
- Establish efficient distribution network for our product lines.
- Conduct market research to evolve product mix strategy.
- To develop new clients to foster growth in revenue.
- To identify, develop and make sales to institutional clients like hotels, Airports, Canteens, Nigerian Army and Schools etc.
Staff:
- To recruit high caliber sales staff as per the requirement & as per approved budget.
- To monitor the performance of the staff and to mentor them to get higher productivity from them.
- To train the staff in product knowledge as well as in selling skills.
- To assess the sales staff every quarter and to recommend for higher position or training.
- To recruit high caliber sales staff as per the requirement & as per approved budget.
Customer Service:
- Resolve all customer service related problems in time to ensure cordial relations with big customers in order to achieve targeted growth in sales and also enable collection of payments.
- To give exceptional customer service to institutional clients and big distributors to initiate sales.

Qualification and Experience
- Qualification: Graduate (Min.)
- Experience: 7 years experience in Marketing Table water/FMCG
