We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Reservation and Ticketing Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage flight reservations and bookings for clients using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Galileo.
  • Provide clients with accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels (phone, email, in-person).
  • Process ticket exchanges and reissues in compliance with airline regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline ticketing policies, fare rules, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, ticketing transactions, and client communications.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and reservations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have an IATA Foundation Diploma.
  • A Graduate Degree with NYSC completed.
  • Previous experience from 2-5 Years in a similar role within the travel industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
