Responsibilities

  • In this role, he/she will be responsible for integrating SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
  • He/She will be the technical point of contact between the IT department and the HR department
  • Technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department.
  • Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
  • Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.
  • Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
  • Works effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning.
  • Collaborates with HR Leaders to determine the short- and long-term requirements for SAP HR modules, and systems
  • Identify training gaps impacting service quality

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC integration
  • Deep understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, data models, and workflows
  • Experience in integration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware.
  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices
  • Experience in implementing and supporting HR systems.
  • Ability to gather requirements, design integration solutions, and provide technical guidance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
