Job Title: Sales Representative / Associate

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective onboarding programs for salesmen.
- Drive collaboration between the company and stakeholders/partners.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with Customers.
- Conduct market research, and competitor analysis, and gather user feedback.
- Define product features and roadmap based on research insights.
- Conduct regular product reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure product quality, usability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback.
- Make data-driven decisions to drive product enhancement and optimizations.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Assist salesmen to determine sales route
- Implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Take overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Present weekly progress reports to partners.
- Provide insights, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 5 - 7 years relevant work experience.
- The right candidate must have acquired reasonable experience of not less than 5 years in the sale of FCMG products.
