We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients within the oil and gas sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage client communications effectively.

Business Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and new market entries.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new business.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of business agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target markets.
  • Provide input to product development teams based on client feedback and market needs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5years of experience in business development within the oil and gas industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including market dynamics, key players, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
