Job Title: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients within the oil and gas sector.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage client communications effectively.
Business Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and new market entries.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new business.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of business agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target markets.
- Provide input to product development teams based on client feedback and market needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5years of experience in business development within the oil and gas industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including market dynamics, key players, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
