Job Title: Fashion Store Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving merchandise for their store.
- Pricing and displaying their product in an appealing and fashionable manner.
- Hiring, educating, terminating, and motivating staff in providing exceptional customer service and care.
- Training staff on how to manage cash and credit card transactions, handling returns and refunds, dealing with customer complaints.
- Manage deals and promos.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations, as well as report any suspicious activities like shoplifting and belligerent customers to security.
- Ordering, managing, and taking out stock.
- Experience in Fashion Retail stores.
- Very Good Command of the English language
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND with 2 - 3 years of work experience.
