Job Title: Fashion Store Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving merchandise for their store.
• Pricing and displaying their product in an appealing and fashionable manner.
• Hiring, educating, terminating, and motivating staff in providing exceptional customer service and care.
• Training staff on how to manage cash and credit card transactions, handling returns and refunds, dealing with customer complaints.
• Manage deals and promos.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations, as well as report any suspicious activities like shoplifting and belligerent customers to security.
• Ordering, managing, and taking out stock.
• Experience in Fashion Retail stores.
• Very Good Command of the English language

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND with 2 - 3 years of work experience.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
