Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Collect customer orders
- Follow up and ensure customer orders get to the customers.
- Follow up with processing team.
- Follow up with logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Support in updating the website.
- Support the logistics team.
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
