Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Collect customer orders
• Follow up and ensure customer orders get to the customers.
• Follow up with processing team.
• Follow up with logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Support in updating the website.
• Support the logistics team.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
