Overview
- As an LTE Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our Long-Term Evolution (LTE) products and services.
- You will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- This role requires a deep understanding of LTE technology, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients in industries that can benefit from LTE technology, such as telecommunications, IT, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.
- Research and qualify leads through market research, networking events, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
Consultative Selling:
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze clients' requirements to propose tailored LTE solutions that address their specific business challenges and objectives.
- Educate clients about the benefits and features of LTE technology, highlighting its reliability, speed, and scalability compared to traditional solutions.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our LTE products and services.
- Collaborate with technical experts and engineers to develop customized solutions that meet clients' technical requirements and budget constraints.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, earning their trust and confidence as a trusted advisor.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that maximize revenue and profitability.
- Close sales opportunities in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to LTE technology, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- OND, HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B and B2C sales, with experience selling technology solutions, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.
- Deep understanding of LTE technology and its applications, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a dynamic workload.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools for lead generation and pipeline management.
- It will be advisable for the candidates to consider proximity.
