About the Job

  • They are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and results-oriented individuals to join the team as Sales Representatives.
  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing existing customers, finding and managing new customers, and achieving sales targets.
  • This role requires a proactive approach to market research, customer engagement, and sales strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and target potential new customers in the assigned regions.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Generate invoices and assist customers with payment processes using the sales platform.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and order fulfillment team to ensure efficient delivery of products.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market, particularly Lagos Island and Lagos Mainland.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales platforms and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
