Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Proximity to Ajah is important.
Remunerations / Benefits
- N80,000 monthly salary on achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Base salary of N30,000 -N35,000 if no sale is closed within the month
- Quarterly performance bonus
