Job Title: Head of Sales (HMO)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking for a strategic and results-driven professional as our Head of Sales to lead our Sales department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to meet organizational goals and increase market penetration.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, corporate clients, and industry partners.
  • Monitor market dynamics, identify emerging trends, and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and effective sales efforts.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales forecasts, performance metrics, and regular reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the HMO or a similar field
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that drive revenue and membership growth.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to leverage market insights and data.
