Job Description
- The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- This role involves managing a team of security personnel, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- The Operations Manager will drive operational excellence, improve processes, and contribute to the strategic goals of the company.
Responsibilities
Operational Oversight:
- Supervise and coordinate all security operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of security officers, supervisors, and other staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members.
- Ensure proper scheduling and deployment of security personnel to meet client needs.
Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their security needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction with security services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential security threats.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative security solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Crisis Management:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Lead and coordinate response efforts during security incidents and emergencies.
- Conduct post-incident analysis and reporting to identify lessons learned and improve future response.
Skills and Competencies:

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in business or any security-related field of study
- Proven experience in a leadership or strategic role within the private security space or related fields.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for innovation and disruption.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Hands-on attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves and dive into operational tasks as needed.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-growing private security company is a plus.
