Formplus, a leading online form builder platform, is seeking a talented Support Engineer to join our growing team. As a first line of defense for escalated support cases, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers.
Responsibilities
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Research and diagnose root causes of reported issues, leveraging internal resources and collaborating with development teams to identify and Document knowledge base articles and FAQs to ensure a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Formplus functionalities and industry trends to continuously improve support quality.
Proactively identify potential issues and develop preventative measures to minimize customer disruption.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as a support engineer or in a similar technical role.
Strong proficiency in Python and Flask.
Experience working with front-end frameworks like Angular and React.
Experience with Google Cloud Datastore or similar NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in using Docker and Google Cloud.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
A passion for customer service and a commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bonus Points:
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.
