• Formplus, a leading online form builder platform, is seeking a talented Support Engineer to join our growing team. As a first line of defense for escalated support cases, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Research and diagnose root causes of reported issues, leveraging internal resources and collaborating with development teams to identify and Document knowledge base articles and FAQs to ensure a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Formplus functionalities and industry trends to continuously improve support quality.
• Proactively identify potential issues and develop preventative measures to minimize customer disruption.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a support engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Flask.
• Experience working with front-end frameworks like Angular and React.
• Experience with Google Cloud Datastore or similar NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in using Docker and Google Cloud.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• A passion for customer service and a commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.
