Job Title: Workforce/ Training Coordinator

Job Description
  • Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedure manual
  • Recruiting and staffing logistics.
  • Employee orientation or on boarding, development, and training;
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
  • Responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum and delivering courses
  • Coordinate training schedules and evaluate applicable outside training resources.
  • Development of courseware for training delivery
  • Work with the Underwriting functional area to address training issues.
  • Responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results.
  • Responsible for the sales of training facility
  • Preparing business proposals/presentations and reports
  • Execution of the company’s annual training calendar
  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
  • Create brochures and training materials.
  • Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
  • Create testing and evaluation processes.
  • Prepare and implement training budget.
  • Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Manage staff of classroom facilitators.
  • Provide performance feedback.
  • Provide functional relationships to customers.
  • Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
  • Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
  • Assist with the development of strategic plans.
  • Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
  • Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
