Job Description

  • The Sales & Business Development Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing client relationships.
  • This role requires a strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of the cosmetic industry, and a passion for building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the target market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Develop and present persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
  • Strong understanding of the cosmetic market and consumer trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
