We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Present, promote, and sell company services to potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Address client concerns and complaints promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather and analyze sales data to improve the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions, competitor activities, and potential new product or service offerings.

Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, sales pipeline, and performance against targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other team members to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients.
