Job Title: Business Developer - Upwork Proposals & Client Acquisition

Responsibilities
Proposal Writing:
- Craft compelling and tailored proposals on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to win projects related to support services, VA, data entry, and cold calling.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and align proposals with their requirements.
Client Acquisition:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire at least 1-2 new clients each month.
- Utilize various channels such as Upwork, LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach to identify and engage potential clients.
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine client acquisition strategies.
Cold Calling & Outreach:
- Execute targeted cold calling campaigns to introduce our services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by understanding their needs, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns promptly.
Sales Reporting:
- Track and report on sales activities, client acquisition progress, and proposal outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to management on key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Coordinate with operations, customer support, and other departments to deliver seamless service to clients.
Incentive Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Contribute to the company’s growth and success by consistently delivering results.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on Upwork proposals, client acquisition, and sales within the support services, VA, or data entry sectors.
- Proposal Writing Skills: Demonstrated ability to write persuasive and winning proposals that effectively communicate value propositions and secure contracts.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, with proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the support services, VA, data entry, and cold calling industries. Ability to identify and target key markets and client segments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess client needs, identify opportunities, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-motivation: Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to take initiative and go the extra mile to achieve targets.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other sales tools. Comfortable with remote communication and collaboration tools.
