Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office ensuring a well organized and efficient work environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment and facilities including ordering, inventory management and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs
- Prepare and edit correspondences, reports and other documents as needed
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences and appointments, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitor office expenses to ensure they align with the budget.
Educational Qualification and Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in relevant discipline from a reputable educational institution with 3-5 years experience
- Proven experience in the same position
- Female preferred for gender balance
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organization, attention to details, coordination and collaborative skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills.
