We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Compensation and Performance Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall layout and visual style of the online store, ensure regular updates and maintenance.
  • Design product displays, create homepage ads, improve the overall layout,
  • Create promotional materials for stores or specific channels.
  • Optimize product listings, improve product descriptions, and enhance product images for effective display.
  • Create dedicated pages for events and design custom graphics for mobile platforms.
  • Handle product photography, including simple video editing of main pictures and product details.
  • Complete tasks assigned temporarily by superiors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Analyze salary data and market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to align compensation practices with organizational goals.
  • Monitor employee performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in compensation and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with market benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.

Remuneration

  • The basic salary is between N350,000, there is no gender requirement, and no accommodation and meals are provided. Salary includes 20% performance appraisal.
