Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales and Lettings Officer to join our dynamic team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales and lettings, acquiring new clients, managing property listings, coordinating land allocations, and overseeing the entire property sales and lettings process.
- The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, an extensive network in the real estate industry, and a proven track record of success in property sales and management.
- Reports to: Head of Property Sales & Lettings
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Management:
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients interested in buying, renting, or investing in properties (both lands and houses).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct client consultations to assess requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
Sales and Lettings:
- Drive property sales by showcasing available lands, houses, apartments, and commercial properties to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate sales and rental terms, ensuring favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Manage the property lettings process, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and contract management.
Property Listings and Coordination:
- Liaise with other real estate developers and property owners to source properties for listings.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of available properties, including detailed descriptions, pricing, and visual content.
- Coordinate property viewings and inspections, ensuring all properties are presented in the best possible light.
Land Allocation Coordination:
- Oversee physical land allocation processes, ensuring that clients receive their designated plots accurately and on time.
- Work closely with surveyors, legal teams, and government agencies to ensure all land allocation documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
Property Inspections and Management:
- Manage and coordinate property inspections, ensuring properties meet quality standards and are ready for sale or rent.
- Address any maintenance or repair issues promptly to maintain the value and appeal of listed properties.
- Monitor market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date advice.
Value Chain Management:
- Oversee the entire value chain of property sales and lettings, from initial client engagement to final transaction closure.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the property sales and lettings process, maximizing revenue and client retention.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales, lettings, client acquisition, and market trends for senior management.
- Analyze sales and letting data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Set and track sales targets to the sales team to achieve objectives on monthly basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales and lettings, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software, digital tools for property management and digital marketing skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
