Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for both our hotel and apartment complex.
  • The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract guests and tenants, and drive revenue growth.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a proven ability to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with both short-term guests and long-term residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase occupancy rates for both the hotel and apartments.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing to drive bookings and inquiries.
  • Develop promotional packages, offers, and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and attract new guests.
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, website content, and social media posts.
  • Analyze market trends, guest feedback, and competitor performance to continuously refine marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute events, partnerships, and local collaborations to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales and reservations teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals and generate leads.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners for PR, photography, and advertising services.
  • Stay up-to-date with hospitality industry trends, technologies, and best practices to remain competitive in the marketplace.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for hotels, resorts, or residential properties.
  • Proficiency with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with a focus on driving results and improving guest/resident engagement.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with content creation, storytelling, and managing online reviews and guest feedback.
