We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager-Refractory

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to our industry.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales efforts within the industry.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales team members, focusing on industryspecific knowledge and techniques.

Qualifications

  • 510 years of proven experience in sales management within the cement, ceramic or steel industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Achieving growth and hitting domestic & export (majorly ECOWAS region) sales targets by successfully managing the key account areas.
  • Generating inquiries from customers and submitting offers within speculated time.
  • Regular customer visit, understanding their needs & future potential, analyzing the problems faced by them (if any) & solving the problem.
  • Smooth execution of the orders received.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Responsible for report preparation & presentation when and as required for the Sales team as well as for the whole unit.
