Job Title: Head of Sales
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
Specific Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the growth strategy and wider business plan of the company
- Supervise business engagement of Business Development Managers.
- Identify potential Corporate Clients, assess their creditworthiness and target them for closure within a set timeframe.
- Management of the corporate sales and marketing budget.
- Provide accurate forecasts and ensure that all branch targets are met.
- Manage and lead the sales team in the different branches.
- Develop, establish and enforce business goals, as well as policies and procedures for the sales team.
- Define KRAs for the Account Officers in sync with the annual target provided.
- Acquire large Multinational Corporate Accounts and drive hardcore negotiations.
- Set out a long-term, strategic marketing vision for the company in line with growth objectives.
- Lead all marketing activities, measure performance and develop appropriate marketing metrics.
Requirements
- A First Degree in Business Management or a related field MBA is an added advantage.
- Professional membership/certification within the industry is mandatory.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar role, with 4 years in a sales supervisory role.
- Travel experience and/or luxury jet travel experience is highly preferred.
- Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills.
- Exceptional verbal, and written communication & presentation skills.
- Good decision-making ability/skill and good analytical skills are required.
- Ability to work as part of a team and be able to achieve the required results.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate employees.
