Job Summary
- As a Sales Manager your primary responsibility shall be to plan, execute, and oversee all Independent Sales Agents to achieve and exceed their monthly sales target.
- You will undertake the following duties alone or in collaboration with other personnel in the sales department.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients across various industries to present and sell our advertising solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Supervision: Overseeing local and regional Independent Sales Agents
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant insights.
- Planning and directing the activities of Independent Sales Agents.
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Defining and executing territory sales plans.
