Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the freight forwarding and warehousing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to address client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company services and expand professional contacts.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or warehousing.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
