Job Description
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients interested in investing in the Zumera Tower.
- Actively prospect and network within the local real estate market to generate leads and build a client base.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Zumera Property listings, using photography, virtual tours, and compelling property descriptions.
- Utilize online and offline advertising channels to increase property visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, pricing, and property values for the purpose of investors education.
- Provide clients with insightful and up-to-date information to help them make informed decisions.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget.
- Present clients with a curated selection of properties that meet their criteria and offer professional advice.
- Arrange and conduct property showings (Proper tours), expertly showcasing property features and addressing client inquiries.
- Follow up with clients after showings to gather feedback and facilitate the decision-making process.
- Serve as a skilled intermediary during negotiations, aiming to secure the best possible deals for clients.
- Assist clients with the completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation for real estate transactions.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
- Cultivate trust and credibility to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualification
- Bsc Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
